PEPSA Packaging is a flexible packaging supplier, member of the Packaging Division of GRUPO LA MODERNA, operating since 1959 in Mexico with subsidiary companies in the Food Branch, Real Estate, Construction, Financial and Health. With products marketed in Mexico, USA, Central America, The Caribbean and South America.

Grupo La Moderna quoted on the Mexican Stock Exchange until December 2010. Grupo La Moderna’s 2019 revenue surpassed US$1 billion.

Grupo La Moderna (formerly Grupo Tablex), is one of the most important Mexican corporations in the country. Currently there are over 6 thousand people working for the group, which is composed of five divisions: Pasta, Cookies, Mills, Services and Packaging division. PEPSA is part of the Packaging Division.

PEPSA is a company focused on the development and production of flexible packaging with and without printing for different market segments. We have 3 and 5 layers co-extruders for last generation development of packaging with high barrier, we have modern flexographic printing equipment up to 10 inks, our technology for lamination is by solventless adhesives, plus a complete line of different pouching machines to manufacture a variety of formats.

As of today, our plant has a production capacity of 12,000 tons (approximately 26,500,000 Lbs) per year.

PEPSA has its plant located in Atlacomulco, State of Mexico, about 2 hours from Mexico City and 1 hour from the city of Toluca.
